Glass-Rite in Albuquerque would like to share some pictures of three recent residential window replacement projects.  What a difference new windows can make in the appearance of a home, as well as in energy savings!

The first home that we wanted to share had single-pane casement windows that conducted too much energy.

These single-paned windows were always too hot or too cold!

Switching to energy efficient vinyl windows with Low-E glass made a big impact for this home owner, not only in style but also in efficiency.

Another house, shown below, received a big face-lift by installing new vinyl windows into the  brick home.

Note the extra reflectivity of the Low-E glass in the new windows.  This glass works all year round by keeping heat out in the summertime and reducing heat loss in the winter.  The new Low-E coatings capabilities are infinitely more efficient than they were just five years ago.

The next house had aluminum windows with a stucco exterior.  By using vinyl replacement windows with a flush-fin application, Glass-Rite was able to install the windows without having to do any matching or patching on the stucco, which gave the windows a nice, clean finish.

We were also able to further enhance the look of this front window by adding prairie style grids; a low-cost, yet impactful feature.

At Glass-Rite we always measure windows to size, and we will never put a standard window into a non-standard opening.  All windows are measured to order and built to1/8th of an inch to fit your home exactly.  Whatever style options or design preferences you might have, chances are we can build it!
